The Oz/USA Team
The Oz Experience was originally managed and run by Sarah Cornelius. She has also created and developed the new USA Experience. There is now an ‘Oz/USA Team’ who between them are responsible for recruiting and running the Oz/USA Experience from beginning to end.
The team is made up of the following people:
Sarah Cornelius-Price - Chief Executive to The Joshua Foundation and more importantly Joshua’s Mother, Director of Shram Events & School Coordinator for Wales, North and East England.

Sarah coordinates and overseas both The Oz/USA Experience. She also recruits in schools in Wales and in the North and East of the UK
Pat & Adrian Cornelius- Joshua Cornelius’s Grandparents & School Co-ordinators for the South West of England and West Wales.

Sarah’s parents Pat and Adrian, who have long worked for the charity, helping to make it the success it is, also work for Shram Events, managing teams for the Joshua Foundation’s Oz and USA Experiences.
Benjamin Cornelius-Price – Oz/USA Trip Manger
Benjamin Cornelius-Price
Ben, Sarah’s husband, is the Oz/USA Trip Manager and manages a few schools in the East Midlands along with Sarah. As well as working for Shram Events, Ben is a Trustee to The Joshua Foundation and manages our Grants and Trusts programme, our Miss UniverseGB competition and many other projects.
Alison Stallard-School Co-ordinator for Wales
Alison Stallard
Alison is one of our managers for Wales recruitment. She is also the coordinator for the prestigious Miss Wales & Mister Wales competition for the charity. She has worked for the Foundation since March 2004. Since then she has recruited and sent many young adults from schools and colleges across Wales.
