‘Is it?’ wine bar played host to the party, where a fab-tastic time was had by all. The buffet was gobbled down quicker than you can say TJF, apart from the random pieces of burnt pizza which were avoided like the plague. The potato wedges were gorgeous and some people took a shine to the balsamic vinegar (which they proceeded to slip on when slightly tipsy- you know who you are folks).

Raffle tickets were sold throughout the night and at about 10.15pm, Sian Williams, one of this year’s Oz Team members, was declared the winner of the bursting at the seams ‘back to uni’ hamper, which was creatively made by our very own Gemma Burke. The pint swilling contest was braved by many-a-partygoer but the triumphant beer gut was Rhys Hartley, who won VIP passes for paintballing.

After about half eleven, the oz kids slowly drifted away to go and explore Cardiff’s night-life, showing all that was left after the night’s frivolities, (mainly an empty buffet table, pint glasses and a few raffle tickets).

All in all, it was a great night, and we’re all looking forward to having the next reunion at The Joshua Foundation’s new ‘Comfortably Numb’ coffee shop in Cardiff.
